Next Thursday, KCRW will debut a brand new track featuring Iggy Pop and Best Coast’s Bethany Cosentino called “Let’s Boot and Rally”.
The song was co-written by KCRW DJ Gary Calamar (w/ James Combs) and will be featured in the July 8 episode of HBO’s True Blood.
Gary, who music supervises the show, brought the artists together for the punk rock duet. Hear it on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 10:20am on Thursday, July 5.
It will also be streaming on the KCRW Music Blog.
